Plumbing

Rooter-Man leads the plumbing sector. In Mimico, we provide outstanding plumbing services for the local community. No matter if there’s a problem with your kitchen sink, bathroom sink, bathtub, shower, toilet, or a leaking pipe, we can quickly tackle any plumbing issues at a reasonable price. Furthermore, we bill based on the job completed rather than by the hour, ensuring you won’t pay too much for repairs. Our company is award-winning and offers the most reliable warranties for plumbing services in the Greater Toronto Area and nearby places.

Drain Cleaning

Eliminate Your Concerns with Our Excellent Drain Cleaning Services! At Rooter-Man, our expert plumbers are here to deliver outstanding drain cleaning for the Mimico area. With the newest tools and methods, our trained team can quickly and effectively clear out clogs, blockages, and buildup from your drains without breaking the bank. Additionally, they also offer a video camera snaking of your drain’s interior, allowing you to witness the quality of their work firsthand. This process also ensures that your drain problem is accurately diagnosed and properly cleaned out.

Sewer Repair

Our skilled team is ready to handle any problems with sewer lines, no matter if they need small fixes or complete replacements. We apply modern methods to guarantee that our sewer repairs are reliable and long-lasting, preventing backups and slow drainage issues. Our primary goal is to resolve your sewer concerns correctly from the start, so you won’t have to think about them anymore. Whether it's residential or commercial, we are dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring that our customers are happy.

Sump Pump Systems

Protect Your Home from Water Damage Due to Rising Water Levels! Our skilled professionals can easily install, maintain, and fix sump pumps, ensuring your home stays dry and safe. We offer pumping solutions tailored to your specific needs. Additionally, Rooter-Man is a certified contractor for the city and can perform modifications to disconnect your weeping tiles. This adjusts the water flow away from the city sewer system, using a sump pump system to prevent basement flooding in case the sewer overflows during heavy rain.

Basement Waterproofing

We provide lasting solutions for wet or leaking basements, backed by a lifetime guarantee. While it may be frustrating to repair a basement leak, delaying the fix can be hazardous, as it leads to mould growth and further harm to your property. Mould is especially harmful and should never exist in any home, particularly around children, seniors, and pets. Understanding the difficulties posed by tough Canadian weather, we promise to keep your home safe throughout the year. Our services include budget-friendly basement leak repairs and both interior and exterior waterproofing options.

Backflow Valves

Keep dirty sewage water from entering your home or business. We understand how crucial it is to maintain your drainage system and ensure it meets current standards. That’s why we strictly adhere to all city regulations to guard against sewage water contamination in both homes and businesses. Rooter-Man, as a licensed city contractor, can install a backwater valve on your new or existing sewer line. This will stop sewage from coming back into your property during heavy rain or when there’s a backup in the city sewer system.
